With a connection in geology reaching back to both an ancient age and a more recent era, The Bone Line in the Waipara Valley, North Canterbury, produces wine that has a link to the land on which it is grown. Vic Tutton who along with her husband Paul founded the winery in 1989, speaks about her journey, vision, and the unique terroir.
