French born Lucie Lawrence worked in vintages in Burgundy and Alsace before meeting her husband Brook in France and becoming the principal wine maker at Brook’s family owned boutique winery; Aurum. We talk with Lucie onsite, just outside of Cromwell, Central Otago.
